• Embedded with client teams across 6 engagements (financial services, lending, insurance, mobility), owning design and delivery end to end in Next.js, React, TypeScript and Salesforce, including a financial services implementation with 130+ tickets resolved.
• Built the company's internal AI tooling: an LLM benchmarking tool (Node.js MCP server, React) that scores Claude outputs against deterministic assertions, adopted by 30+ engineers, BAs and delivery leads and cutting prompt iteration time from 2+ hours to under 30 minutes, plus a RAG expertise finder over the Confluence corpus (Python, pgvector).
• Built a multi-agent compliance analysis service (Next.js, FastAPI, LangGraph) reviewing documents against regulatory requirements.
• Built an OCR claims pipeline for a national health insurer (FastAPI, async Python workers), reducing manual data entry by 80%+.
• Embedded with a mobility client's team to replatform them onto a custom website I built, including migrating 1.5M records with zero service loss (Python, FastAPI, Next.js).
• Started in a split dev and test role: built an AI test case generator (Jira tickets to test cases via the OpenAI API and AWS Lambda), Salesforce features in Apex and LWC, and automated test plans. Fully development since 07/2024.

• Led the chaincode development team on the Open Healthcare Platform by IBM under the supervision of mentors from IBM and Macquarie University.
